A Charming Mountain Chalet

The Project: The house was a DIY disaster. Projects were started and never finished. 

The Plan: Clean up the false starts by tearing out the incorrectly done DIY projects.

The Design: The kitchen had a low slanted ceiling we camouflaged by installing upper cabinets to create the illusion that the ceilings were high. We also moved a clumsy beam in the middle of the entry to create a more open and inviting living room space. In the kitchen we added barn doors to conceal the washer/dryer and created a walk-in pantry.

The Result: We created a beautiful and modern updated home that went from DIY Disaster to charming Mountain Chalet.
